Capital Region of New York is located in Upstate,NY and comprises of Albany and all of its surrounding cities. One of the biggest reasons that attracted us to the region was the strong economic backbone driven by government jobs, over 20 colleges & universities, and growing regional manufacturing facilities. Currently, we are invested in Albany, Troy, & Rensselaer.
Dallas, Texas
Over the past five years, Dallas, TX has experienced rapid population growth and has been a big beneficiary of urbanization. The city has seen significant economic development and a strong demand for commercial and residential properties.
